Site Visits

The key to understanding how a product is used is to experience the environment where it is used
and observe how it is used. For LifeFitness we visited different types of gyms, interviewed personal 
trainers and filmed members of the public. For Ricoh we visited different office environments in
the UK and Italy, and interviewed and filmed people using their existing printers. For Valeo we
test-drove a series of cars. The Sabotage team has conducted research in America, Europe and Asia
